I broke my back in a freak sledding accident on 22 January, 2005. The doctor said when he went into surgery that he would "try to save the right leg" but that the left one was gone. Well, he saved both and I am walking with only a cane three months later. It truly is a miracle and shows how the mind and body can work together to heal if you know how. I am very blessed and I know it.
